This was the question I asked myself a few years ago when I was employing contractors across the world for a major telecommunications company. I was struggling with numerous ‘creative’ solutions offered by management companies seemingly designed to maximise contractors’ retention but with utter disregard to the risks.
With a background in contractor management I decided that if I went back to that industry I was going to do it properly. Then I met Dave Thomas, the founder of CXC, and he offered me the opportunity to build an international management company, from scratch, operating across Europe the Middle East and Africa.

I have been using CXC for over 6 months and the level of service is great . They make everything very simple for me and there's no hassle when it comes to time sheets and better still when it comes to payments. Every month I get paid on time and self billing invoices are emailed to me. There is always someone on hand to offer you advice and help if you have any issues. I recommend them highly if you want a simple but reliable service.

Their clientele is excellent. They are more concerned about the people. My actual pay day Should be every Friday, CXC always pay me a day before 'Thursday'. This is fantastic as it helps with the planning. They are very professional in their practice and they will offer person centered clientele. I have been allocated a wonderful member of the team Ms. Amber Delahunty who is very patient with me and who has excellent communication skills. Join CXC and be a part of the family. They are the best and they are very efficient and thorough. Now I can relax and enjoy my career because of CXC I don't have to worry!! It's all taken care of.
I would like to let you know how satisfy I am with the outstanding work Ms Delahunty is providing. The ultimate best, I must admit, is Mr O'Brien who has never failed me, even in crisis, when I needed his help, he managed to do his work professionally. Nevertheless, Ms Delahunty has magnificent skills, where she uses kindness and professionalism. She has mastered the art of customer service and yet would humbly try her best to improve and learn new skills. What I appreciate the most is that they have had the decency to address me using my title and my surname which is not common. A lot of companies use customer's' first name in their correspondences and I am glad to work with one of the companies that value formal ways of communication and care about the standard of their customer service. Thank you for the effort they are both putting in their work.
I have been contracting in the IT / Telecoms industry for in excess of 16 years. As such I have employed the services of several Payroll Management Companies, some good and some not so good. However, by far the best and most professional, is CXC Global, whose services I have been using, for the past five years. I cannot praise, the Contractor Care Europe team highly enough, whose level of care and customer service is exemplary.
